These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PHGREAT services, including betting, gaming, and related activities (the "Services"). By registering for an account and using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. PHGREAT may amend the Terms and will notify you of material changes; continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept material changes, you may withdraw available funds and close your account.
To place bets or participate in Services, you must open a PHGREAT Account. Opening an account requires you to be of legal age in your jurisdiction (commonly 18 years or older; in some jurisdictions the minimum age may be higher, for example 21). You agree that PHGREAT may refuse to open or continue an account at its sole discretion and without explanation. You must provide accurate personal information during registration and promptly update it as changes occur. You may hold only one active PHGREAT Account, and accounts found to be duplicate or used by multiple persons may be closed with forfeiture of funds and voiding of bonuses.
PHGREAT reserves the right to verify the identity of Account Holders at any time. You may be required to provide documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method ownership, and other information to confirm your identity or to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations. PHGREAT may share data with related entities as necessary for verification, compliance, and service provision. Funds held in your PHGREAT Account are segregated and do not accrue interest. You must ensure that you are the legitimate owner of the funds and data used in or linked to your Account.
Payments to and from your PHGREAT Account are processed by PHGREAT or its Payment Solution Partners. The name on any payment instrument must match the name on the PHGREAT Account. The following is a representative framework; exact limits may vary by jurisdiction and payment method: minimum deposit €10; maximum deposit €1,000; minimum withdrawal €50; maximum withdrawal €1,000. Funds deposited may be used to place bets across Services. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. PHGREAT reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or confiscate funds where there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity or breach of these Terms. Refunds of deposits are at PHGREAT’s discretion. Bonuses issued as part of promotions may have specific terms and conditions and may be forfeited if requirements are not met. Transfers between PHGREAT Accounts or to other players are prohibited unless expressly authorized by PHGREAT.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. PHGREAT aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days from receipt of a valid request. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding €1,000 or as otherwise determined by PHGREAT to comply with applicable law.
A bet may be placed only by a registered Account Holder and may be made from any permitted device with sufficient funds in the Account. A bet is considered placed when it is received, validated, and processed by PHGREAT’s systems; a timestamped confirmation may be provided, which confirms the intent to bet but does not guarantee the outcome. Bets on games or events with privileged information or improper advantage are prohibited. PHGREAT reserves the right to accept or refuse bets and to void bets or withhold winnings in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The history and details of bets and their status are available to you after login. Once a bet has been matched, it cannot be modified, withdrawn, or canceled.
In the event of a device or service malfunction, bets already placed and accepted may stand or be voided in accordance with the game rules. If a malfunction affects a live game, PHGREAT will apply the applicable game rules to determine winnings. If a system malfunction occurs before a game result is confirmed, the affected outcome may be voided. In any case, PHGREAT will take steps to address the malfunction and may resolve the matter by crediting winnings, voiding bets, or other remedies consistent with the process for the affected game.
Promotional offers and bonuses may be available from time to time. Each bonus will have its own terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligibility, and time limits. Bonuses may be forfeited if you do not meet the applicable conditions. Funds arising from bonuses are treated as part of your account balance and may be used to place bets in the Services in accordance with these Terms and the specific bonus terms.
PHGREAT is committed to responsible gaming. Account Holders may set time-out and self-exclusion measures via their account settings where available. Limits on deposits, losses, or bets may be configured, and increasing limits or exclusions may take time to become effective. If PHGREAT assesses that your gambling activities could cause financial or personal hardship, it may temporarily or permanently suspend your PHGREAT Account. PHGREAT processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and for purposes including identity verification, AML screening, customer service, and statutory reporting. Your data may be shared with related entities or third-party service providers as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or protect PHGREAT’s rights. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date, and you must promptly update PHGREAT of any changes.
PHGREAT may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders in advance and may require re-confirmation. PHGREAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account, to forfeit or confiscate funds, to refuse service, or to block access to the Services if there are legitimate concerns of illegal activity, cheating, security risks, or a breach of these Terms. Upon termination or suspension, you may be entitled to withdraw remaining funds in accordance with these Terms.
PHGREAT provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. PHGREAT will not be liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a dispute, you should contact PHGREAT support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction section below.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or related to the Services are governed by the laws applicable to PHGREAT’s operations and the jurisdiction in which PHGREAT is licensed or registered. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction where PHGREAT operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PHGREAT may restrict access or refuse to provide the Services to residents of certain jurisdictions. If you reside in a restricted territory, your ability to register or use the Services may be limited or prohibited. PHGREAT may update the list of restricted territories from time to time without prior notice.
